From the Wiki:
"/u/speakstruth has always been the overseer of the matching and tracking of the gift exchange." -- "The /r/rabbits gift exchange was first started in 2012 by /u/speakstruth who wished to buy gifts for other rabbitors and share the love near Christmas. The first year only had a small number of participants, but every year afterwards, the number of rabbitors that joined has grown tremondously. The time span of the gift exchange has historically been from the end of September to the beginning of November, but some people may lag at sending gifts or need to be rematched, and their giftees do not receive their gifts until the end of December."
